YOU ARE PURCHASING A PAIR OF JUSTIN DRESS WESTERN BOOTS.
These boots are in perfect condition, no scuffs no scratches. I wore the boots only three times as I was uncomfortable with a western heel. As you can see from the photos of the soles there is no discernable wear. They are 13.5 inches tall and size 9 EE.
